“I'm giving Element 5 stars even though they aren't perfect. So far I've placed 7 orders through them in about 4 months, totaling upwards of five hundred dollars because of their prices and availability of difficult-to-find hardware.
Literally everything went very well until I received a non-functioning mod, and I hope it never happens again. In the end I was refunded, minus the original shipping cost, but getting there was very difficult. I was required to send what I call a 'nothing video'.. I mean if it doesn't work at all, what will a video of something doing nothing prove?
At first I tried to send them the required video through email (27mb), and they said it wouldn't launch. I edited it down to 14mb, and they once again claimed they couldn't view it even though the other people I sent it to for testing had no problem. Element kept demanding I use google drive, but I run from all things 'oogle' like the plague. The only other option was Dropbox, so I installed it and ran into a whole new set of nightmares. Dropbox's forum is now up to 15 pages of people suffering with the same problem I had, with no quick solutions.
During the 7 or 8 days of trying to send a stupid short video I began wondering if the people at Element were sitting at their desks snickering and laying bets on when I'll give up. I finally edited it down to 5mb, attached it to an email, and told them that a refund refusal would force me to take all of my business elsewhere. I had no choice.
Suddenly, I was sent an RMA return label! I reordered the bad mod (from Element), and finally just received a working one.
I'll admit that overall transaction has tainted my trust, especially in anything involving electronics, but I've seen a lot worse things happen from online websites in the past.
Element will still be there, offering decent prices and reasonable shipping rates and times, so I'll just get over it and buy from them whenever the mood strikes.. After all, they aren't only website I order vape supplies from, up to about ten so far.

Customer service is short at best, definitely not about making a customer happy or making right of their wrongs. I wanted the Eleaf istick mini 10v mod for 17.99 and took the store credit and $8 loss thinking what are the odds of getting another bad one and I orderd a different color. Answer 100% defective. 2 of the same devices that don't fire isn't a coincidence. Now I'm out $16 in shipping. The hassle. 2 trips to the post office and I got nothing but a email that told me Element Vape isn't responsible for defective products from other companies. All they sell is products from other companies so who is responsible Element Vape?? I didn't purchase the 2 p.o.s from Eleaf .Its your company selling defective products and not making good is bad business and from what I been seeing you wont be around long. I see you been bad on the BBB website .I'm going there also. I never been ripped off like this by any other company. They need looked into by more than the BBB.”
