Paid for ground shipping and my order was sent out through Fedex 2 day air. When my package arived, although everything else was perfect, 1 item was left out during packing. “The pricing on this site is great you can find some just as good though, but to build a new kit or to get one I would recommend this site. The delivery was fast and free because my order was over $75 and in the US, I had my order in a week from the order date. However it was missing the juice, and they sent a different kind of wire then I ordered Ni80 instead of kanthal A1. But when I contacted them they got back to me within 24 hours, and made it no hassle to get the juice I paid for. I didn't really care about the wire as it's still a good kind, but this could irritate someone who needed kanthal A1 for some reason.
Over all they where quick to ship and help, the prices are beater then most and as good as few others. I'll will be ordering from them more, as this will help me and my family "trash the ash" like they say.”

“I ordered a prince stick from Element Vape and received last night when I returned home from work. Have not used the device at all because every time I put liquid into the tank it just leaks out. I just received it yesterday and still using my old one. Any other store that I have dealt with in the past replaces defective devices that they sell but they will not do anything. I don't particularly care about the return policy because there is no way that you can determine if the device is defective or not by not opening it. That just makes no sense at all. I asked for at least a replacement tank and they will not send me one. I will never order from them again due to this. I have wasted liquid, another coil and tried to change the seals and still continues to leak. The response I received was that all tanks leak a little bit. This isn't the case with this one as it just empties the thing out completely. I know tanks leak a little. I have one that does so and it is hard to prevent that but for a tank to completely empty out once it is full is an issue with the tank. The glass is not broken and is in perfectly good shape. I feel like regardless if it is there device or not they should honor the sale and try to help their customers out but do not do anything but provide you a link of their policies that don't make any sense at all because you would never know a device to be defective unless you actually open up the device.”

When I contacted Element their customer service stated they are not responsible for their products, and offered me a $5 store credit for $50 of tanks missing parts. I highly recommend not doing business with this company, refusing any responsibility for what you sell is an insane business practice. There are so, so many better retailers to go with.”
