“When I bought these framed pictures, the installation was not explained online. The assembling was confusing and challenging, to say the least. The canvas material was very thin and flimsy. I would consider other companies before choosing Elphant Stock again.”

““Wall art” came in quickly and was easy to assemble. Its not really art, thats the thing and the quality isnt as good as it seems online. The price was also a bit much considering the quality”

“Hi, I purchased a world map with pins. I had to send it back because your map shows inaccurate Coloring very dark Paraguay, a section or Argentina connected to Paraguay and Uruguay all in the same dark color. This is confusing since there’s no reason lo color Argentina in 2 different colors. It all look like one country instead of 3. If your business is to sell maps, please send clear maps. Not confusing and innacurate. I returned the first one and purchased a different one that shows the three countries correctly. I sent a photo of this when I was requesting return.”

“The framed art was not secured to the backing and the small prongs were sticking up I had to take the art work apart the push down the prongs! I would say someone didn’t secure it properly and didn’t check it before it was sent out!”

“The item arrived well-packaged and on time. The quality of the frame was good. The quality of the art itself was not quite what I expected but still met most of my expectations. Was not expecting $120 with of import duties from the USA. Would have ordered Canadain next time.”

“Customer service,order processing,delivery time, ect,were all very good.The quality of the prints and frame are good. The huge issue is the glare and reflection from any source of light[sun or artificial ]from the acrylic covering the prints.I would not have purchased knowing how hard it is to see the art clearly.”

“I love the print but wish the back could have been turned under and finished off. The fixture on it is cheap. Basically it is a print stapled on to a canvas board and not finished in the back.”

“The image, though adorable, is a bit fuzzy in a few areas, particularly the face of the flamingo. It would have been helpful to know about possible distortion when ordering. I would have chosen a smaller size OR chosen another option.”
