“At first I was worried. The box it came in was a bit damaged and a bit wet at one end like it had been standing temporarily in snow or something. However when I opened it, the painting had been fully wrapped in plastic so no damage was done to it as far as I can see. I haven't unwrapped the plastic yet. The picture itself was delivered very quickly. Just a few days after ordering.”

“We were a little disappointed that we had to assemble the art as we thought it would arrive ready to hang. Both my husband and I have knee problems and we had to get up and down from the floor a lot to properly lay out the pieces. When we ordered the art, it said, “framed”. Maybe should have said, “frame provided and assembly required”. If this was in fine print somewhere, we missed it. Other than that, the finished product looks great on our wall and we are very happy with it. It arrived a day earlier than we expected which was a nice surprise.”

“Love the canvas print. The only knock I have is the brackets were not centered on the canvas which made it hang crooked on the wall. We had to remove the brackets and reinstall them in the middle of the frame for the canvas to hang on the wall correctly. For spending 300 on a print I should not have to do this. However, the overall quality of the pictures are great.”

“Picture frame was beautiful, however, in the corner of the frame it was a little broken, I did not return it because I needed it right away, so I’m just planning on painting it over to cover it up. But for the price I paid I wished it had been intact.”

“Well overall it's fine, a great pic and had great service from your staff. There is a problem with the picture that I ordered, at first glance it's awesome, it really is a nice pic of the pier. I was raised there so it really means something to me to have a pic of the pier as it was just destroyed by hurricane IAN last year. After looking closely at the picture I noticed that I was photoshopped to remove certain things, unfortunately you missed the legs of the people on the pier so their legs are showing between the posts on the guard rail. I did pay a premium price for the artwork but apparently didn't receive premium quality control of the content of the picture. But I do like the pic.”

“My first order and I loved it except on one of the canvases of the large wall print, it wasn’t quite stretched far enough and there was some wrinkles in it but overall loved them and will order again.”

“The canvas print looks great as depicted online. The frame was good overall except for an indention on the top side about the size of a marble or the end of your pinky finger. It cannot be seen from floor level so I plan to live with it.”

“I like my pictures, but I am a little bit (one star's worth) disappointed by the clarity. The images are not as high-def as I had hoped they would be. However, I think I will order one more to match, so hey not that bad!”
