“The picture arrived as described but my husband thought it looked "cheap"”

“More than minimal assembly was required to get this “ Large Art” put together. Once finished, the piece had a bend in it that made it difficult to mount flat to a wall. I don’t think I’d attempt this again. Buy framed or canvas print attached, my recommendation!”

“Damaged frame 1 corner detached and other 3 banged up. I selected free shipping but felt lucky the artwork made it to us in one piece. Artwork looks as I anticipated.”

“The price for my print was acceptable. Additionally, the print came quickly and arrived undamaged, which was nice. That said, I wish they sold better quality prints. The art print i bought was below average in quality.”

“Excellent delivery, size, and customer service. However, the canvas quality when it comes to image definition is not the best. It’s pixelated. As is the image was just grabbed from google. It looks ok from far, but my first impression when I opened the box was how blurry the canvas looked.”

“I am not convinced this is worth the price I paid. The online picture looks much better than the actual item. I am also not convinced the fabric will hold up over time but we will see. The item arrived without some of the mounting hardware but I think the customer care team is handling that. I will say the frame was wrapped very well upon arrival.”

“I bought this to replace one I had ordered two years ago from ElephantStock, I am disappointed. The quality is not the same. The canvas is not as thick and the wood reinforcements are not nearly as nice. I am not sure I would order again as I was expecting a similar product to what I had on my wall already. My photos look good; it’s the quality of the canvas that isn’t good.”

“Hard to complain for the price. Decent quality and fairly fast shipping. A product from a professional photo lab would be 2x+ the price. Main complaint is on the image itself vs the print and framing. The image itself has dust marks from either the photographers lens / sensor that would be a quick cleanup in photoshop (see example photos). With the location our image is mounted, it will not be noticeable, otherwise, I would have returned it. A simple thing if you are going to sell your art, clean up dust spots. ElephantStock should take a more active role in looking for these things before allowing an image to be sold Overall, would not recommend for any “high end” art or very visible locations as I would not be able to trust the image is professionally edited.”

“Well packaged for delivery. Frame and mat very nice but the mat does appear to cover some of the print edge slightly at the top which is a little disappointing. Also, the print itself is very dark.”

“We purchased three portraits by John Singer Sargent. We also purchsed 2 from Famous Art. The quality of their products was better. There were no broken supports on their portraits. They came with a wire hanger, yours did not. I think that both portraits did a good job on the subjects face but the clothing lacked the "awe" appeal that even prints of the famous works contain.”
