It comes wih two side combs, one at each temple, but it doesn't have a comb at the nape, which is a drawback. I bought this unit in Chic Grey and will probably purchase anoher color--or two--for variety.”

“I'd like to give this company 5 stars, I've no problem with the service or products I recieve but I just don't understand why they keep lying about the shipping service for their orders. Their website says that the products are shipped via courier and I received a link for DHL tracking in the email notification of shipment but sure enough, just like my last order, the items had not been shipped via DHL or any other courier. Their orders are handle by a shipping/fulfillment company called Global-e and this company just mails the package via the postal service(USPS). I don't see what the big deal is. Why can't they just be truthful about this? I'm not complaining about the shipping or anything especially since it's free, I just don't understand why they are being deceptive about it.”
