“It took nearly 4 business days just for this item to be shipped and then I waited 8 business days total for the item to be delivered to me. The quality of the product is to my liking, but I did NOT like the shipping & delivery process AT ALL.”
“I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Shopping has always been reliable and the products to my liking. Customer service is polite and responsive.”
“I purchased a wig that was out of stock but they were quick to find it for me and ship it. However the wig was awful. However that's not the company's fault. They gave me return instructions which that took a little while but all in all they are quick to respond. Just wasn't happy with the wig though”
“The hair was beautiful. The elastic that goes from side to side for extra holding power was sewed incorrectly. One elastic was sewed to the back the other elastic was at the top therefoe I could not use the elastic for holding the wig down. Very disappointed.”
“Love your customer service. My last review I had an issue with your shipping cost and length of time it took to get the products, but so much better now. Thank you!”
“Love this style, looks natural.
Since I always wear the same style and like to put on a new one every 5-6 weeks, I ordered several of same style before they were sold out or discontinued. Shipping was really fast.”
“Sensationnel Butta Lace unit 37
Chunky highlight Blonde
The texture is kinky reminiscent of Outre Julianne. The cut is elegant and the highlights are well done. Will purchase again in other colors.”
“It’s been almost a week now and i still haven’t received my package. It say’s delivered but is no where to be found. and I checked everywhere and even asked my neighbors. I emailed twice and received NO response and i cant find a contact number anywhere. Customer service sucks, cause this about day 6-7 with no response. I just want my money back at this point.”
“You keep running out of my hair, I have had the hair in 6 months now, not cool.
Look on my profile all you have is burndney for six months and I decide to try it but not my fave. My picture is my favorite”
“Love the service and new fall look! High quality beauty supplies at an affordable price. My hairstylist is able to modify these premium products and create a new look!”
“I wish the color chart was better, since there's no exchange option. Now I have to do the return process and purchase the same merchandise again in a different color.”
