“Wish I could give no stars bc that’s what is deserved. My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it for whatever reason. Customer service was great up until contacting them about not receiving my package and now they’ve just stopped responding completely. I’m not happy at all and this wig was for my birthday and now I have to figure out something else. I’ve been greatly inconvenienced and I’m not getting any help resolving the issue. I have no desire to order from here ever again. I’ve contacted my post office for invitation but they can’t give me a refund therefore I will be contacting my bank to get my money back Buyer beware!”
“I received a wig in poor condition. I contacted customer service via the chat and did not get a response. I did send the message on day 15 because I was on vacation. Bottom line, check merchandise for quality right away.”

“I ordered a wig over a week ago and paid for expedited second-day shipping. I have yet to receive the wig. If a product is not available, it should be noted on the website. I cannot ascertain if the tracking number is legitimate because I have not received the wig. I was under the impression that theft is against the law. If Elevate Styles refuses to ship items citizens purchase, they should refund the customer. Please advise your employees to stop extricating funds from my checking account illegally.”
