There has been no apologies niceties during communication such ie leave it with us, we will follow up and get back to you. Very disappointed”

“This hair is really, really nice and blends absolutely perfectly with my hair even though I have 4a/4b hair. However it takes a lot of work to customize it in terms of cutting and washing. It’s too big in terms of hair and cap size. However to be fair, I have a small head. Overall a great great wig for the price!”
“I was scared to order from here, I believe a few days in after placing my order, I had no update which made me check online more about the company, the reviews had me really scared however I messaged the company and they replied the next day or two stating my item shipping out that day. I received notification later that day but was unable to track, so I emailed again and I got a response with the information I needed. My wig arrived perfectly fine about a week and some days almost 2 weeks, which was fast as I live in the UK.
My only feed back is maybe emails or correspondence could be a bit more warmer and reassuring however my experience was pleasant.

“My last order with this company was not good. I always order the same type of human hair and I recieved, in my order of 4 packages, the wrong hair. It was track hair and I always order Loose bulk for braiding! When I returned the order at my own expense, I did not get all of the refund, even though the order error was no fault to me. I had to open one of the packages to use it and found out at that time it was incorrect on this company behalf! I am thankful because I found another company with better quality of loose human hair for braiding and you get more in the bundle. Thank you.”
