“Wasn’t happy with the procedure on return sent me the wrong color had to pay shipping to return which was almost $20 and deduct $15 on return didn’t open the package just returned. It might as well brought another wig on the return not happy at all.”
“Wigs were okay. Some colors were off from what i anticipated. My order didnt ship out for a week then also took longer than expected. Did not make it in time for my event even with ordering it ahead of time.”
“It took over a week for a tracking to be created. only for it to be canceled and then another week goes by to find out that there are issues with customs(?) and then the order was canceled by them and my refund issued. I only gave two stars because they were the only store that had the item, and the refund was processed without hassle.”
“I do believe you all sent me a bad wig! The color obviously was very beautiful but the texture of the wig was very dry and crunchy. I’m not new to synthetic wigs what so ever and I always go through major reviews on any wig before I purchase. Every review said this wig was on the silkier side and the wig I received was not that. I would’ve returned the wig for sure but there was nowhere near enough time for me to reorder another for the event I needed to attend days after I received the wig”
“The navigation on the website is awful. Definitely could use more filter options. The top of the model heads are cut off so you have to waste time clicking in. There are waaaaay too many pop ups. It takes 3 days just to ship out. I buy a ton of wigs but this site never makes wig shopping easy.”
“I probably will not be ordering again. The weft was coming attached from the wig after one wear, and I was asked to see if I could "make it work," and they refunded me $3. The company should have sent a new product. I guess that would be too much like right.”
“The Customer Service was lacking. I received no communication regarding my shipment or any tracking until I inquired about it. Likewise, USP delivered to the wrong house, I emailed and received a response that it had been delivered -- Yes to the WRONG House... so it was obvious my email had not been read. Luckily, my neighbors down the townhouse row... did bring my package to me. I had ordered 4 wigs, 1 I did not like and wanted to return - yet on the return site, it stated it did not qualify for return - yet it had bee 1 day not 14 not 30 - no reason. I emailed to ask why - I got no response.”
