“Went to the Milton Keynes store, And was given amazing service and advice On snowboards and bindings by LUCY - She was knowledgeable and friendly, And really didn’t try to “sell” me anything - just told me what I needed to know, And let me make my own decision… Which was of course eventually the most expensive snowboard and bindings in the whole place 🤓😂
Visited twice and tested out a number of boards on the SnowDome slope…

“Ordered a pair of leggings which arrived bunched up in the box, with a ladies hair, down feathers, and a hole in the bum. Had clearly been worn before despite the tags on.”

“Went to Ellis Brigham Bristol yesterday 28.12.2018 - as I have a problem with renting ski boots. Rosie was amazing spent nearly all day there getting the best ever attention and boot fitting service possible. Their measuring is second to none, most definitely recommend this store. Will go there again even though its a 90 min train ride each way. The boots recommended I have been walking around this morning on and nearly 1 hour passed still on and no pain.”
“Ellis Brigham - Bristol Store: What an absolutely awful, horrible company to deal with. Great at taking your money, but what as advised by the staff that you have 21 days to return the goods if unused and unworn etc. What they don't tell you - is that if you pay cash, you can't have your money back quite so easily. You must accept a cheque in 14 days time... (but of course they will not accept a cheque in payment???) which can take a further 10 working days to clear. I was met by a particularly nasty, aggressive, unhelpful store manager who would be better suited to guarding the docks on a dark night. Store customer service was nill. The matter was finally resolved by a helpful and professional guy from their head office customer service team - who was equally annoyed by the store managers attitude. Please do go elsewhere if you want a good customer service expereince!!!”
