“Sizing was drastically smaller than anticipated. Needed items for an event and no effort was made by customer service to send me new sizes whilst my returned package was in transit. Asos has provided this service to me in the past without hesitation.”

“While I love the quality of the items I purchased, I can’t fit them because I made the assumption that when US prices are reflected on the site, so are US sizes. I recommend that size choices be consistent with prices and the country specific site, or at a minimum, state that size choices are UK sizes so that one can refer to the conversion chart.”

“I am a long standing customer of elvi and always could find something to wear that suits me. I keep looking on their web site still but unfortunately whilst the clothes are beautiful they are for a much younger age group on saying that I still managed to get a coat and trousers which I am happy with.”

“I love that Elvi gives plus sized women the chance to wear something that's a bit more high end without being frumpy and shapeless, I know if I buy something from Elvi that it's good quality and will last. I bought a few tops in the recent sale and I'm really happy with them.”

“Had been looking at black, boho maxi dress for sometime and when it was reduced to £25 from £79 my decision was made. Arrived on date promised and didn't disappoint. A little creased on arrival but fine after hanging outside wardrobe for a couple of days. Delighted with dress at an exceptional sale price.”
