“Well first I would like to say if I were just rating the clothes and even the delivery (which was pretty fast), I would give 5 stars. The clothes are very stylish and fit really well and I received my package when they said I would. I gave 2 stars however for your return policy which actually will make it unlikely that I will order in the future. I order so much from Asos that I bought their one-year express shipping subscription. Why? Because their return system is the absolute best for US (international) shoppers since it provides FREE returns. There is an item that I purchased that upon receiving I do not like at all and while preparing to ship it back for a refund, this is going to cost me half the price of the coat! As much as I LOVED your clothing, I won’t be ordering from you often.”
