“Website says you get 3 days to view pdf docs after signing up and paying the $1 pre-charge fee. Once you've paid you can't view any pdf's until you have paid for a full subscription. Plenty of bad reviews on other review sites and forums. Definitely buyer beware.”

You can view any available PDFs during this trial using the bright blue button on the product page, but if you wish to download or access additional file types, such as ZIP or OVA, you will need to upgrade to a full membership, which is outlined in our sign-up process.

This has always been communicated clearly in all our communications, including our cancellation policy. Once a membership is canceled, regardless of the plan, access is immediately revoked as per our terms.
