Though in the trial period I was only given limited access to the manual, it convinced me to take a three-month plan. The manual is comprehensive, covering A to Z of repair procedures. “I cannot get in touch with these folks. They are billing my card $33 per month, and I cannot get in touch with anyone to cancel the service. I have protested the charges through my credit card, awaiting verification from them. I did not authorize this monthly charge. Worst, I attempted to email, and call them, there is NO RESPONSE.”
