I run a mobile service out of my truck, so I can't be lugging around a library of books. This is way better value than the big pro software subscriptions. I've already downloaded 15 manuals this month, including cars, trucks, even a damn bulldozer. Worth it just for that.

dont have time to mess around this thing just works. needed a wiring diagram for a duramax and troubleshooting steps for a sprinter van in the same afternoon. got both here in 5 minutes. its a no brainer for what i pay.

***UPDATE*** Experince manager Ray reached out, because he saw the communication between me and Adam. Ray was very professiona, took full responsobility for the situation without making a single excuse. I honestly was surprised, but at the end of the day the company went out of its way to make it right by me. Gave it 4 starts for obvious reason, this shouldn't happen in the first place, but if I will be looking for a manual in the future, I will definetly come back to emanuals. Was looking for the manual. Signed up for 3 days trial, that was completely useless. I couldn't even confirm that the manual I found is the correct one. On top of it, no mentioning if after trial they will charge me, login process from 1900s where they send you the password. Now 3 days later I got charged for the full month, found out that it was in USD 33 or 47 CAD. On top of it, when I contacted customer support, got retarded answers from Adam who refused to even read my email and provided steps to cancel my account in the first place. Bad business practice, crappy customer support.

3 day trial still requires a credit card, just to find out that manuals are not available for 3 day trials

i was so sick of getting garbage info from old forum posts for my projects. here i can just get the actual factory manual and know the torque specs are right lol. definately worth the money.

I was pretty skeptical at first. Seemed too good to be true for the price. But I run a small landscaping business and paying dealer prices for repairs was killing my budget. Gave this a shot and man, I was wrong. Already used it to fix the hydraulics on my mini-excavator and diagnose an electrical issue on one of our trucks. The subscription paid for itself like 10 times over already.

I teach auto shop at a public high school, and budgets are tight. This lets us work on a bunch of donated cars and actually have the right info to guide the students. Way more useful than flipping through outdated paper manuals. Wish I had this years ago.

I manage a few rental buildings, and this has helped me out more times than I can count. Whether it’s troubleshooting an old generator or figuring out an issue with our landscaping gear or snowblowers, I’ve been able to sort things out fast without calling in outside help. Membership is kinda cheap too so no reason to go without really.

I tinker with engines and rebuilds in my spare time, and this setup is perfect. No need to pay per manual. I’ve pulled stuff for an old LS build, a BMW head swap, and even a diesel van for a buddy. Factory torque specs and diagrams have been spot on. Happy camper!

We’ve got trucks, trailers, and a couple skid steers that I keep running, and this has made it way easier. I used to bounce between Google, forum posts, and old printouts but now I download everything I need in advance and don’t have to rely on spotty Wi-Fi or guesswork anymore.

I wrench on bikes and quads out of my garage, and this gives me access to everything I need without paying for every single manual. I’ve downloaded over 20 already, and it’s saved my ass more than once with torque specs and wiring diagrams. No-brainer.
