When the grid goes down and you can't google how to fix my water pump, you're done. I have the manuals for my diesel trucks, my generator, my tractor, and my well pump all downloaded on a rugged laptop. I don't rely on the internet for survival. Had to use WhatsApp on a satellite phone once to find a schematic for a ham radio power supply, and you guys actually found it. You're part of the bug-out plan now.

Car manufacturers are a joke. They design cars so you need a special thousand-dollar tool just to change your own oil. This membership is my answer. I've used it to fix my truck, my wife's car, and my generator, all without paying a dime to the dealership 'geniuses'. Stop letting them win. Buy the info and do it yourself!

this all started because i wanted to fix my own boat after leaving it outside behind the shed all winter (wasnt a good idea obviously but had no other choice). Then a buddy asked for help with his, then another... I keep the membership active because it's super cheap and allows me to help a lot of people at the marina.Support also helps me identify engines when I am not sure of the models. Basically turned my hobby into a business.

I'm a mechanic on film sets. I work on a wide range of jobs, from keeping a fleet of 80s cop cars running to specific requests like making the lights flash while a car is burning. I need manuals for everything, instantly. You guys are essential for my line of work.

As a body man, I don't care about engine codes. I need frame specs and where the factory spot welds are supposed to be for a structural repair. You can't just guess on that stuff, especially with insurance jobs. And honestly, with how all the other sites are increasing p[rices like crazy these days, this membership is the only affordable way for a small shop like mine to get that level of factory body repair data for all the different brands we repair.

lol i signed up because i needed to fix my kid's dirt bike and the membership was cheaper than the one paper manual. then the washing machine started making a grinding noise. i searched for it here and found the full technician's guide. turns out it was a simple pump clog. now i look up everything. my truck, my chainsaw, my pressure washer... you guys actually have it all. insane value.

When you're 100 miles offshore, there's no calling for a tow. You are the mechanic and nobody's coming to help you. Our boat has two main diesel engines, a generator, and complex hydraulics for the rigging. Having the step-by-step diagnostic tree for a low boost alarm on our main engine saved our last trip and got us back home safely. This is critical equipment for us.

My shop only does transmissions. I don't need common fixes from a forum... I need the actual OEM hydraulic schematics and check ball locations for complex valve bodies. This service provides the OEM manuals and provides some seriously ggod support. I messaged them on WhatsApp about a ZF8HP valve body update, and I got a straight answer from a tech who clearly knew transmissions, not a call center agent. This is a solid resource for specialists.

I've got shelves of original paper shop manuals that are torn and covered in 40 years of grease. I honestly didn't think I'd like digital manuals but the son suggested it so I gave it a try. Was honestly surprised to be honest. The clarity of these digital files is on another level. Being able to zoom in on vacuum diagrams makes a lot of difference. Love this.

The diagrams on the big name software sites are garbage. I switched to this service because you get the actual manuals from the factory. It's way easier to trace a wire when you can see the real colors and pin locations. Plus its way cheaper. No brainer for my small shop.

feels like every time i walk into the garage something new is broken. first it was the mower then the power steering on my wife's car. i keep this membership cuz buying a new paper manual for every single thing that breaks around here would be insane. cheaper this way

My truck boom was stuck 40ft high so I needed a solution. That one job alone was worth the price of this membership. I've used it since for our wood chipper and our 3 other Fords. We don't have time for downtime, and this service is the fastest way to get the info we need to fix our stuff while in the field.

i have this weird habit of buying non-running junk on marketplace because I’m convinced I can save it lol. usually the previous owner just gave up but that doesn't mean it cannot be fixed. that’s where this site comes in. i’ve pulled manuals for a jet ski, a vintage moped, and a beat-up silverado all in the last month. i just hit up the Live Chat if i can't find a specific engine code right away and they always point me in the right direction. it turned my expensive hobby into a side hustle that actually pays for itself. Wife is happy hahaha

i run a small shop on the coast so my summers are all jet skis and outboards and my winters are all atvs and snowmobiles. i honestly lose track of all the different specs for the different brands. this membership is clutch cuz i can just pull up the exact manual for whatever is on the lift that day. way cheaper than paying for a dozen different manufacturer portals.

"I initially left a negative review because I thought the manual for my John Deere 1025R did not include the backhoe and loader hydraulic information I needed. After contacting support, they explained that those sections were actually included in a separate “Implements / Hydraulics” folder that came with the download. I had completely overlooked that part of the package. Once they pointed me to the correct files, all the information for the backhoe attachment and hydraulic system was there. Support responded quickly and helped me locate exactly what I needed. Turns out the manual was complete after all. Appreciate the help.

Hi Todd, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this can be. In this case, the information for the backhoe and loader hydraulics is included, but it is provided separately within the download package. Attachments such as backhoes and loaders are typically covered in the “Implements” or “Hydraulics” folders, rather than within the main tractor section of the manual. Our support team has helped guide you to the correct files, where you will find the relevant information for your setup. If you need any further assistance navigating the files or locating specific procedures, we are always here to help.

After reaching out to support, they pointed out that all the torque specifications are listed in the “General Specifications” table at the beginning of the chapter, which I had completely overlooked. Once they directed me to the right section, the torque values and sequences were all there. Support responded quickly and helped me find exactly what I needed to continue the job.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you are mid-job. The torque specifications and tightening sequences are included in the manual, but they are located in the “General Specifications” table at the beginning of the engine chapter, rather than within the step-by-step removal and installation sections. This is standard across many OEM manuals, where all torque values are consolidated into a single place. Our support team has pointed you to the correct section, and once referenced, you should have all the required foot-pound values and sequences to complete the job. If you need any further help navigating the manual, we are here to assist

I'm the 4th generation on this land and we still run a few pieces of equipment that are older than me. But we also got the newer stuff that's all sensors and computers. This site is the only place I’ve found that carries the shop manuals for our old '70s International trucks and our modern harvesters. I don’t care much for 'the cloud' but being able to download these to my phone and have them in the field is a game changer. Found out about you guys from a facebook group for farmers. Glad I listened.

The pricing for software like Alldata is just getting out of hand for a small 2-bay shop like mine. I tried this membership on a whim and I'm impressed. It's got 95% of what I need for a fraction of the cost. I used the Live Chat last week because I was struggling to find a specific torque spec for a transmission rebuild on a Volvo, and the agent actually knew what he was talking about. I'm sticking with these guys for the long haul.

At this point, my driveway looks like a home for wayward machinery. Neighbors drop off everything from 90s Harleys to modern zero-turn mowers because they know I hate seeing good iron go to the scrap heap. I keep this membership active because I never know what’s going to show up on my lawn on a Friday night. I hit up their Instagram once to find a manual for a weird Italian scooter a buddy found in a barn, and they pointed me right to it. It’s basically a library card for every engine ever made. If you're the fix-it guy for your circle, you’re crazy not to have this.
