“I placed the order on Thursday and received it on Monday. I live in Qld and I can't get a letter to arrive at a Brisbane address within a week. It was great and I will use them again. Also packaging was very good. Will be putting in an order for more needles as I am into the sox & gloves thing at the moment. Thank you. It is so good to be able to get something you order and it is exactly what you wanted and it is in Australia.”

“I made an order for 611 Sashiko thimbles and received 610 thimbles. Spoke to the person by phone and was told to return(at my expense) and replacements would be sent again at my expense. So that ment I paid $30 for postage. I have decided rather than do that I will gift the thimbles and purchase elsewhere. Not exactly happy.”

“My daughter and I were sewing a costume for Smash in July. As usual it was time sensitive. We ran out of denim thread in a certain colour 3 quarters of the way through some top stitching. I rang every shop in the vicinity. Nothing. I submitted the order for the exact thread on the Sunday night and it was delivered on the Tuesday. JM saved the day! Thankyou for existing JM Embroideries.”
