“I gave five stars - not for pricing - but for quality. I try to get what I need on Temu or other economy retailers, but end of the day, they don’t have the quality I need. I’ve been eying JM Embroideries for a while now, still trying to skirt high prices and shipping. I finally bit the bullet and now have some nice spools of thread and reliable waist band elastic for some beautiful long lasting garments. With shipping, the order ran me $93 something. I guess the purchase was worth the expense to me. Oh — it included two spoils of pure silk sewing thread for restringing my Tulasi Mala. Gold for stringing and knotting and blue for the tassel. Weak silk thread wasn’t really best suited for the job, but I used all hundred meters of the gold along with two strands of dental floss for strength. Total 19 strands silk thread and two of dental floss going through each bead. (4.5 meters each) I braided before knotting. Turned out exquisite!”

“Haberdashery shops are becoming non existent. For the craft person this is a great loss. 3 cheers for JM Embroideries where I can order on line for for quality supplies. I live in Cape Schanck and the postage required is minor as JM delivers promptly.”
