“I ordered three knitting needles in the blue packaging as advertised thinking they are made in England, but I received the ones that were made in India. Please update your online store according to the stock you have.”

Hi Mia, Sorry to hear that you thought they were made in England, at no point in our listing have we ever stated where they are made. The listings also state "(NB Packaging may vary)", and all packaging we have here, both the blue and pink packaging all state on the back of the pack that they are made in India. I have also spoken to the Birch rep, and he has stated that all the Birch circular needles are made in India.

“After trying various gold threads, and the need for a silver thread, I was extremely happy with the Madeira threads I had ordered from you - they are about the best metallic threads I have used. The pattern showed the 'Rising Sun' done in colours that neither my husband (ex military) or I was happy with. So I searched around to find exactly what I was after to do that part of the project as it should be done - in gold! Thank you for a thread that worked. Cross-stitch is finished and in for framing.”
