“My order was actioned very quickly. The items were well packaged and arrived without damage rather quickly given the Aust Post COVID delays. Service was so good, I purchased some more things a few weeks later. I remain a happy customer and would definitely order from here again.”

Hi Kay, Sorry to see this review and the fact that your item has not arrived. We shipped your order within 1 business day, and Australia Post has let us both down in this case. Also, I am unsure why you have said poor communication, as our system always sends our an email with the tracking details and a copy of the invoice as soon as it is shipped and we have also responded to each of your emails since, according to our email audit trail.
