Please keep us informed as to the outcome via our contact page on our website ( https://www.embroideries.com.au/contact-us )so that if necessary, we can also follow it up with Australia Post. Please also in future, contact us first before giving us negative feedback ratings here, as we will always work with our customers to ensure they receive their items. You will also note from tracking, that we posted your package on the 16th June, the same day of your purchase, therefore, once posted, it is out of our direct control, and therefore, the negative rating should be actually given to Australia Post !!
