“Bought a range of different coloured threads for my Aussie Hero quilts and laundry bags sewing, for our deployed Defense personnel. Great prices and fast delivery. Very happy. Hi Susan, Sorry to hear that this has not yet arrived since we dispatched your order on the 17th September. Please be aware, that Auspost is having some issues within their system. In the meantime, I have opened a case with Auspost to locate your item and get it to you ASAP. Please note, that we dispatched the same day of your purchase, and it is Australia Post that has let us both down, and now caused you to give us a negative review.
