I have latest Mac and it didn’t work. Really slow and then wouldn’t save at all. Could only force quit. Completely unusable. Sent multiple emails asking for support and was completely ignored. Total waste of time and money. Shame as would be really useful if it actually worked.”
“Do NOT purchase, please. Do NOT. The most unprofessional "company" and customer "service". Upright rude and condescending responses from them. Please you can find similar sheets free on the internet, this is not worth your money. And do not expect your money back even though they state that it’s a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's not the type of guarantee that you think it is. You will never see your money again. They intentionally make it misleading so you think it is a safe purchase. They do not refund if you are not satisfied. They will only "help" whatever that is.
BTW you can't use these sheets in Excel!! They told me it's clearly stated in their website... And if you have for example different currency than USD so you can expect to do some work with that as well..

You complained about two issues in the sheet, and I gave you a solution to one of them in the first reply, then you said that you don't like the sheet, and it is not to your expectations, and that you can make that sheet by yourself anyways, you used that as an excuse to get a refund.
If you just wanted to get a refund, you didn't have to make such claims, all you had to do is say that you want a refund because you don't like it. And maybe I would have made an exception just for you even though it wouldn't be fair for the other customers. But you had to bring that "scam" provocation to get your refund.

“She has "excel" in her business name, so I thought the product would be available on excel. It is not, only google docs, which is worthless to me. And she refused to refund me. This is absolutely a scam and you get nothing worth having for your money.”
“Within 24 hours I asked for a refund stating I would not be using. Instead of receiving a prompt refund I was asked why. I purchased two files. One didn't work and the other wasn't useful. Product descriptions were not helpful. Owner has changed refund policy a few times and is putting responsibility with buyer. There are free templates at vertex42.com that I would review first before committing any money here.”
