ORDER # 4400768551 did not include Cote&Ciel Inn S Cross Body Bag it only has the tags and the packaging but not the actual bag dodgy company all I'm getting is evasive, default answers

Awful. Ordered 2 items and one got refunded. Should had been 8-day delivery, but it ended up to arrive after 16 days. f**k this sh*t

Iv been waiting a week and a half for a confirmation email on my order. I’ve emailed them twice now and haven’t received a reply. Absolutely shocking service and I won’t be ordering fro Here again

by far one of the worse companies i have dealt with it has taken them over 9 days to ship out my order, and that after me contacting them twice!and feeding me empty promises, and generic responses such as sorry its the first time something like this has happened, when if you look at other reviews online, you will see plenty of people having the same experience as i did !. if i could i would give zero stars. but i would avoid at all cost!!

Awful service plain and simple. Placed an order for 5 items and received only 1. I only found out about the actual status of my order after personally inquiring about it because nothing had shipped after more than a week. The representative I talked to told me the rest of the order that was in stock will be shipped priority for the delay but nope I then receive a email a day or two later stating that another one of my items was out of stock. Its really frustrating when you really want something that you've been searching for madly and then you finally find it but are let down again. But the worst part is there's no remorse or empathy from END. Well this is the first and last time I shop from here. Most definitely would not recommend.

Your website is not working properly. Have been trying for 40 mins to buy clothes and put in basket and it just says basket empty. I'd get this sorted as I had £200 to send

The worse refund policy. I spent $400 on clothes and sent a few items back since they didn't fit and it's been 2 weeks since they received it and no one can tell me when my refund will come. I even paid $60 for return shipping since I am in the US. I will never order from them again.

Worthless. My second order from End was cancelled due to stock error which I was told, from an End customer service employee, was EXTREMELY rare. I thought alright, since it is extremely rare it can’t happen again. My third order from End was “On hold” for four days. Guess what happens next.. It was cancelled! So, I recommend End to anyone who like to order stuff, pay for it, have the order cancelled and getting a refund. Awesome.

I never received what I ordered from END. After waiting bout two weeks for them to "investigate" I was told that, because END's contract with FedEx allows FedEx to leave packages outside delivery locations without a signature, neither END nor FedEx is responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are allegedly delivered. END refused to issue me a refund.

I bought a shirt from end and I then decided that I wanted to return it because I found the same shirt for a cheaper price. I emailed them (30min after placing my order) asking if I could cancel the order because it was not shipped yet. I got an email hours later saying that it was too late and I would not be compensated for the return mailing charges. Terrible service.

Extremely lousy customer service! Won the ballot for a newly launch sneakers, took my payment and then just simply sent me an email after 5 days to inform me that they will refund my payment. And only when I replied to the email asking for the reason for the refund...then they told me it’s a stock error! How disappointing and disgusting is that and to think that I have bought thousand of dollars of products from them over the past 2 years! Never order from End Clothing ever again!

Your return polish is absolutely HORRIBLE. I paid $330 for pair of sneakers and it was gonna cost me $269 to send it back never again.

I placed six separate orders with END during April 2019. END were unable to complete three of these orders due to 'stock errors'. END claims that 'stock errors such as this are infrequent', and yet my experience is completely the opposite. I've never shopped anywhere online that is unable to complete 50% of my orders in a four week period. Be aware that whenever you shop online at END, it's a complete lottery as to whether they actually have the items they claim to be selling.

I placed an order with END clothing on April 6th today is the April 18th and still no sign of anything. I’ve contacted them twice and they’ve fobbed me off with empty excuses and still no dispatch date. I will never use this site again! 😩

Useless I ordered 4 pairs of trainers which they took the money for. I waited with no email saying that they where dispatched. I had to contact customer services who told me 3 pair are out of stock. I did receive a part refund and I am still awaiting the one pair they had in stock a week later.

This site is a sham. How do you sell a product you dont have in stock? ANY other site when you select an item, it will tell you it is available or out of stock. Stay away from this site.
