Nothing on the site was announcing this. Other companies include that fee in their price, or take care of it with a broker. Unnacceptable, I wouldn’t have bought the goods knowing that.

ENDCLOTHING sells B grade items that no one wants and that is why the price is lower. Every time I have purchased something from END the product is always messed up one way or another. Customer service is also horrendous with no resolutions or compensation. You can get better service starting a dispute with your card company which you will probably do.

They sneakily claim "free returns" with labels across the screens even as you browse from the Australian site, even claim free returns in the confirmation screen of your order, but they don't tell you it is actually free ONLY in the UK after you start a returns claim.

No refund in 3+ weeks, paid for a trackable service like they suggested and it was delivered and signed. Nothing since! Emailed over 10 times and have received the same automated email about returns everytime. No answer on customer service line either. Absolute joke! £300!
