They will send you standard emails and will not look into you complaint
I still have over 1000 pounds with them and have not received a refund for over 4 weeks and counting
If you know what is good for you do not buy from the company, I assure you will regret it like me

No refund in 3+ weeks, paid for a trackable service like they suggested and it was delivered and signed. Nothing since! Emailed over 10 times and have received the same automated email about returns everytime. No answer on customer service line either. Absolute joke! £300!

they refunded me a week after having placed the order without any notice and without me having requested a refund. this was meant to be a present and they offered NOTHING after I had to wait on the phone line for half an hour to speak to them and find out what happened. WORST experience ever
