Terrible customer service! They sent my order back before I had time to collect it so I asked them to re-ship it back to me to find out now they are just refunding me and ignoring my emails.

When the tracking showed the return was delivered back to them, they refused to reimburse me back for the return telling me "can you wait another 24 to 48 hours?" Their customer service is a joke.

No refund in 3+ weeks, paid for a trackable service like they suggested and it was delivered and signed. Nothing since! Emailed over 10 times and have received the same automated email about returns everytime. No answer on customer service line either. Absolute joke! £300!

I am beyond frustrated with END. Trainers lost at DPD depot and have been able to raise a response via phone, voicemail or email for about a month now. Live chat has been switched off. Dreadful customer service. Maybe this will solicit a reply!

I've been in correspondence with customer service since December and they refuse to send me a refund for the item that I paid for.
