“There was a lengthy delay with the product, which I understand was unavoidable due to supply issues. I found it disappointing not to receive my Tax Invoice until after the product was delivered despite having paid the amount in full some 10 weeks earlier. And this was only after I phoned accounts to request a Tax Invoice as only a packing slip came with the product delivery. This resulted in an impact on my cashflow as my NDIS Plan Manager was unable to reimburse me without the Tax Invoice.
The product itself is good and does the job though the delay and somewhat haphazard mismanagement of the Tax Invoice has left a sour taste in my mouth.
