Won't allow you to buy if you don't give them a phone number, and in my case, even if you do, if they don't like the number they won't allow you to buy at all. This is AFTER you give them your CREDIT CARD info, and even if you have 2FA. You won't be given an explanation.

Bought a Steam key for "The Moons of Madness". It turned out to be an invalid-duplicate key. I contacted them immediately, sent the suitable screenshots to prove the problem. They just sent me an email the next day (!!!) explaining to me that they had forwarded my case to their suppliers and that it constituted an external process! No further replies from the till now, 3 days after i submitted my ticket. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I have bought Sony PlayStation Network Card - 400 SEK from Eneba but the Key they have provided is not valid. I have contacted their customer support and after asking me to send 4 screenshots from different sections of my PSN account, they told me that they have to check this with their suppliers and since it’s up to the suppliers (External process) to investigate the case, they don’t know how long will it take to get this fixed. Looks like at Eneba, they don’t care at all about their customer. I have paid the money and the money is apparently gone and nobody is responsible for this. This is a scam in my point of view! So, I strongly suggest that you don’t risk buying from Eneba! I will update this comment if the problem gets resolved.

They scammed me. Says the money is overdue. that failed to send code automatically. and no longer responds. I left without money and without code

never received the key I've bought. Customer support is slow to answer. Site says it'll send the key to my mail but I never got any mail.

Refused to refund me for a game that did not work because I had activated it at no point did they say this would be the case and according to the consumer rights act they have to offer a refund for 14 days for any reason. Not worth the BS excuses these people come out with to rip you off...The sort of company that is fine to deal with as long as you don't actually have to deal with them.

Update on the issue below "Got a non-working key". Finally reached an agreement after hours of communication. Not a scammer but the process could be a lot more smooth for sure.

Got a non-working key, they instruct me to contact THEIR supplier or contact Epic-Games myself for official proof that the key doesn’t work. Suppling screenshots of the error message (they ask for this) is not enough after-all. Feels like a huge scam. Paid full price (not a cheap key) for a key that doesn’t work, Eneba not willing to take ANY responsibility at all. AVOID!

I bought a key for Dirt 3 but received a key for Dirt 3 Complete Edition. I submitted a ticket and was contacted by Amber Jade. The rep insisted that I had received the correct key. They never asked for proof, which I could have provided. I quickly became tired of their stupidity so I filed a dispute with PayPal which was decided in my favor within a few days. When it comes to sites like this, which are just middlemen, you're going to have problems, it's just part of buying from them. Having good customer service is paramount. This is easily the worst experience I've had with one of these sites. I won't buy here again and neither should you.
