“I purchased a €50 Steam Gift Card key from Eneba for €65, only to find out that the key was already used. When I contacted customer support, they refused to provide either a replacement key or a refund. Extremely disappointing experience – I expected much better service. Be cautious when buying from here, as you might not get what you pay for.”

“Had bought 2 games before and had no issue - bought a deluxe game and only got the base game. Support has done nothing since key was "already redeemed" so doing a Paypal charge back to handle them now. Wouldn't recommend in the future.”
