“What a waste of time. I got one call from a company that was just another company that passed details on to others to provide quotes. I’m yet to find a comparison site the genuinely provides open access to suppliers. Internet marketing is the Wild West and these comparison organizations just provide a fertile feeding ground for sharks.”
“Just over 9 years ago I had a very good experience purchasing solar panels through Energy Matters. On this occasion I have had the misfortune of having to deal with two companies applying hard sell tactics to the point where I had to ignore all further email, text and phone correspondence. It is bad for your company to be associated with sales of this type. The companies concerned are Joe Hansen of Solar Tech Systems and More Green Energy. If you look online you will find negative reviews of these companies and complaints about their sales tactics. More Green Energy has a particularly bad reputation of delivering solar panels by manufacturers not in the quotation and of having a nonexistent after sales service with numerous customers complaining of faulty installations.
I am happy to wait now for replacement panels and a battery system. I will seek advice from friends who have had successful installations from reputable companies.”
“Yes, 3 suppliers contacted me. However my details about my existing system did not get through to them. I put the information in the Message field. Please ensure that this gets transmitted.”
“I have nothing against or for Energy Matters, however you asked "are you impressed with our competitive quotes"? I was told I would get 3 quotes from 3 different providers (for a battery). I completed the online information & requested a battery quote only, as I already have 16 panels. I received only one quote & it every sort of quote & a small quote for a battery.”
“Thanks for the opportunity to respond about your service. I only asked for two quotes. It took a while but a few days later I received a phone call from Sydney even though the site is in the Hunter valley. Unfortunately, I never received the quote that was promised. Too late now, deadline has now passed. The website look very promising with good detail and information but absolutely failed to deliver on the most basic first step, a quote(s). Frank”
“Energy matters was an awesome company to deal with. Very prompt accurate and helpful and above all they did the best deal for us. I can’t recommend this company enough they were outstanding and I will give them 10 Out of 10. Exceptional and they always kept in touch with us to see how things travelled right through to the end. Good job guys very well done”
“Misleading and false advertising, clicked on a link the was about free solar, was a trap to get my details so they could sell it and I have had endless phone calls since, still don’t know if I qualify for the free solar?”
“I had emailed energy matters to get information and got so much more within 24hrs i had solar companies ringing and giving me information and quotes on my new story house.
Thank you E.M”
