“How can I comment on this so called impressed quote when I haven't heard from you? Get someone to EMAIL me rather than I assume phone me as NBN phone lines often screw up. Then I will contact them to make an appointment to come out and have a look at what I want.”
“What a waste of time. I got one call from a company that was just another company that passed details on to others to provide quotes. I’m yet to find a comparison site the genuinely provides open access to suppliers. Internet marketing is the Wild West and these comparison organizations just provide a fertile feeding ground for sharks.”
“Thanks for the opportunity to respond about your service. I only asked for two quotes. It took a while but a few days later I received a phone call from Sydney even though the site is in the Hunter valley. Unfortunately, I never received the quote that was promised. Too late now, deadline has now passed. The website look very promising with good detail and information but absolutely failed to deliver on the most basic first step, a quote(s). Frank”
“Misleading and false advertising, clicked on a link the was about free solar, was a trap to get my details so they could sell it and I have had endless phone calls since, still don’t know if I qualify for the free solar?”
“This goes to the man that called me a f**king retard as he put the phone down.
Not impressed especially after he woke me up after just finishing a 12hr night shift.”
“Asking me what the quality of the quotes were when I haven’t received any and nobody called me at the appointed time to discuss is poor. Do not make any further contact please.”
“only one provider called.
The quote that I got was done without asking me questions or making an assessment of my personal needs or roofing specifications.”
“Genuinely considered changing phone number just to avoid the constant spam and calls that resulted from using this service. Arguably not energy matters fault, I certainly did receive calls, but the businesses they partner with are ranging from scams to just ordinary incompetence.”
“Got three quotes and went with the cheapest one which was Solar Red and they appear to be a scam company - paid my 100 dollar deposit and have heard nothing from them for over two months despite emails. Suggest you get rid of scam companies from your list of potential quoters”
