“I tried to call Energy Bot several times. The answer after two-three rings was they were busy. leave a message and they would return the call. I left several messages before someone called me back. The website to compare companies (we are a small commercial townhome owners association) was valuable but the phone service was not good.”

“We were able to get a great rate using energy bot. We did have trouble finding out if our contact was accepted and processed. It took several calls to Cirro and to finally find out the power was being turned on and an account accepted for us. We are happy w/the great rate of 5.21 kwh.”
