What sets them above the others is that they can go directly to my previous 12 months usage, and apply the real rate to each month to show me what my bill will be for comparable usage periods. Web site is simple, direct, and easily navigable. This is the first site of this type I've bookmarked, as I only bookmark sites that are extremely useful.
