“During this crazy time with energy costs being almost triple the amount I have ever paid in my life. You have made it simple to look to see how much it will cost for me when I do switch. I tried another platform and there was a fee that I didn't see and now I'm in a battle trying to get my money back from them. I'll be back in 6mo to get my next contract for sure.”

“Never used Energybot. First time so time will tell. Platform is current and super easy to navigate. Rate was best I could find online. Would be nice if we were provided account numbers from the provider. I'm a type of person who starts something and wants to take all the way to the finish line by setting up account with provider and setting up payment info immediately to get it off my plate and not have to worry about reminding myself to finish it once first bill is recieved or calling them to obtain account # (required to setup account in their portal).”
