This is the stupidest system. Nobody cares where the electricity comes from. Give me the cheapest rate and do it automatically. Get charged .1299 rate because I didn’t click a damn enrollment with the same company. Another damn gimmick just give people the cheapest rate.

I still haven't received any confirmation from SmartEnergy about switching my energy supplier to them. Why is that? You want me to rate you now? That is pathetically sad.

I signed up online and they never contacted me. They give you an appointment time to speak with a representative and don't keep the appointment. Wasted an hour waiting on a phone call.

I was misled in believing I would have electricity turned on without paying a deposit I wasn’t told in advance I had to reach back out and check then receive a e mail after calling and told same thing no deposit until receiving e mail denied and asked for ridiculous amount of deposit non sense I would not ever consider referring no one else they are super desperate for electric

Scheduled a new service...couldn't get a response via email or phone. When I reached out to the Electric provider I had chose through energy bot, they didn't have record that the order even existed. A big waste of time and energy.
