Prior to rep helping the website alone did not complete the process, have more staff to help enroll, trasnfer etc.

Not all plans were presented, I needed two seperate contracts for two seperate homes both under 1000 KWH, Chose a plan for my first address entered my second address and energy bot did not show the plan I moments before had chosen for my first address. Surprisingly there were only higher plans listed.

I set up a new account. Commercial with a move in date of 1 July 2024. I was at my new location doing set up when the center point electrical supplier showed up and switched off my electrical connection they called in and showed no order to activate an account. I called my Sales rep and he had no idea. My account wasnt activated until Thursday All because no one transmitted the “new move in order” from the provider to the electric company supplier Everyone wants to get paid these days but no want wants to actually do the work All these consultants and people working from home “supposedly to be more productive”

You’re telling me I am cancelling a service early which is not the case, and when I respond I don’t even get an answer back. If you’re asking for a response on an auto email, you should at least have the staffing to respond back or address the concern.

Too much automated emails without any personal human service. Did NOT find the best deal for my business. Will not be using or recommending this company in the future.

There was no information about $10 base for ClearView presented and the Advertised vs "Real" rate were the same implying no hidden fees. The next steps was not provided and caused anxiety given that the new contract date provided was after the old contract expired. No indication of what information I would receive from new company for confirmation/contract.

UI was good, but there needs to be more info on providers. I chose a provider based on the website that has absolutely horrible online reviews, and I have not received anything from the company. I don’t know if I actually signed up or not for a new service….

We are new to using Energy Bot. We have a shop that Oncor requires us to purchase a commercial plan & another home area. So we have used EnergyBot to get us 2 separate plans. Our home plan was easy to do but the commercial plan still shows pending.

I tried to call Energy Bot several times. The answer after two-three rings was they were busy. leave a message and they would return the call. I left several messages before someone called me back. The website to compare companies (we are a small commercial townhome owners association) was valuable but the phone service was not good.
