The email offered a 3 month contract with the provider I have but I wasn't accepted by APG&E. Not sure how you investigate and then the provider doesn't accept the offer.

Got placed with overpriced supplier. Had to contact energy bot before they did anything about it. I expect to get the lowest energy price from them.

I just use it. Not best of best site but at least worth checking it. Site need more to improve service. search result are limited but very compititive. Marketing need to improve by bring more provider.

Each time I called had to wait approximately 20 minutes with loud background music. It would be helpful if during the long wait if you were told what number you were in phone line, a re-assuring voice periodically letting you know you would soon get help, etc.

I have been with several electric companies in my life and this was the hardest to get done. I finally got a very nice man in customer support yesterday that got it all completed in a very short time. I hope after this my experience will be wonderful.

I liked using energy bot. I referred it to a few people and haven’t noticed any type of referral fee or credit. I sent the referral link via text message. I helped them fill out everything to get started with their new account. They say you get you a referral fee of some kind and noticed nothing. I stopped referring people.

Why I asked for a review and never use the product yet or service. We will wait and see how things turn out asking for review right out of the gate. It’s very poor business practice.
