“The email offered a 3 month contract with the provider I have but I wasn't accepted by APG&E. Not sure how you investigate and then the provider doesn't accept the offer.”

“Each time I called had to wait approximately 20 minutes with loud background music. It would be helpful if during the long wait if you were told what number you were in phone line, a re-assuring voice periodically letting you know you would soon get help, etc.”

“I liked using energy bot. I referred it to a few people and haven’t noticed any type of referral fee or credit. I sent the referral link via text message. I helped them fill out everything to get started with their new account. They say you get you a referral fee of some kind and noticed nothing. I stopped referring people.”
