“Do not put yourself where you have to deal with customer service with these people, this is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have had to date, the person's name was Iza, too busy trying to cut their costs rather than listen to the customer. I ordered a shipment and then immediately wanted to add an item to it. As I didn't want to pay both shipping costs, I asked if it could come as one shipment now and she said if it was over 200 AUD it would qualify for free shipping. Long story short after 2 days of emailing she's changed the shipping method to a method that takes 4-6 weeks when I'm not even going to be in the country I'm in after another 3 weeks and I paid two shipping costs I'm yet to be refunded for. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT CONSIDER REFUNDING IT FOR ANY REASON, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER DEALT WITH.”

“For every day in the week, I train Muay Thai and BJJ. This means I need high-quality gear that will last and I won't have to replace it often. I have ordered multiple products from engage in the past couple of months. This includes merchandise such as socks and shirts as well as training gear such as boxing and MMA gloves and shinguards as well as a rashguard shirt. All of the products are top notch and easily the best gear i've had. The only time i've had to replace anything is when I ordered the wrong size or outgrew my gear. Would 100% recommend to anyone that frequently trains in any martial arts.”
