Après 1 mois je n’ai pas reçus ma commande et aucune information sur le colis j’ai donc délibérément envoyé 1 mails, sans réponse 2 mail, sans réponse, 3 mail sans réponse. Après toute cette mascarade j’ai entamé une procédure de rétro facturation avec ma banque mais le colis arrivé chez moi un jour où je n’était pas prévenu j’ai donc décider de le refuser. Me voici désormais 3 semaine après le refus du colis et toujour dans mon argent

Ordered a t shirt from engageind.com. Listed as 5-11 days for standard shipping. After 15 days and no t shirt, I contacted customer service, who replied apologetically and informed me of a delay. They stated the stock arrived that day (miraculously) and they would be working to “clear all orders” in the next week. I waited another 12 days, still no shirt. I contacted customer service again for an update and nothing. It’s been 28 days on an order that was supposed to be delivered within a 5-11 day period. Customer service has ghosted me and I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. Buyer beware!

I made a purchase for the engage WIP series lace up gloves luckily discounted for about 53$ including shipping (full price about 125usd including shipping). The gloves were fine… for about two months. In 60 days The gloves started developing major fabric tears and air bubbles. You heard that right… air bubbles! I’ve went through so many different brands and have never experienced such a phenomenon. I got a email from engageIND thanking me for the purchase so I decided to let them know about the situation. I talked to a man named “Iza” who told me I would be able to get a new gloves… but that is not what happened. He offered me store credit for what I paid for the gloves minus shipping costs which was 33$! There cheapest glove is around the 100$ mark. How was I supposed to get new gloves with 33$ store credit? I told them to keep the store credit and that they should be ashamed of themselves selling such low quality products at that price range. Do yourself a favor and stick to actually reputable brands and not some low quality craftsmanship and quality that engageIND has to offer.

Brought a 14oz engage strike series lace up 3-4 weeks ago, It had some stitching errors but I didn't think much of it, fast-forward and I notice that on the side the stitching is breaking. Extremely disappointed as I had high expectations on these gloves as it was gonna be my first somewhat good long term glove, but in reality it got damaged more than my Sting boxing gloves, which both these and the engage gloves have seen heavy use. But my past pair of gloves lasting me 9 months, and not one time did it have this error. After reading some past reviews, it seems like this is common for this size of glove as many have gotten defects from this.

The quality of the bag is awful. The zipper could not close on first time using, after 2 weeks the zipper broke and fell off. The size is just about right to fit pair of gloves and shinpads but thats just about it

Do not put yourself where you have to deal with customer service with these people, this is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have had to date, the person's name was Iza, too busy trying to cut their costs rather than listen to the customer. I ordered a shipment and then immediately wanted to add an item to it. As I didn't want to pay both shipping costs, I asked if it could come as one shipment now and she said if it was over 200 AUD it would qualify for free shipping. Long story short after 2 days of emailing she's changed the shipping method to a method that takes 4-6 weeks when I'm not even going to be in the country I'm in after another 3 weeks and I paid two shipping costs I'm yet to be refunded for. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT CONSIDER REFUNDING IT FOR ANY REASON, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Updating my review. I had purchased 14oz gloves from Engage and they came defected (torn material and broken/missing stitching) the company went ahead and sent me a replacement but the replacements were even more defective. I even had to sew the second pair up myself because they were falling apart out of the package.. I did not bother to reach out to them again at this point as I figured I have two pairs of defective gloves to go through... After my second use however, the gloves tore in a completely new spot... I am not sure where these gloves are made and what poor quality control the company has but I would not purchase anything from them ever again. It is clear that quality and craftsmanship is not their priority. They should not put a quality checked sticker on their products if they don't actually check it... I have had cheap Everlast gloves last longer than the Engage junk I have received. I surprised the other reviewer's gloves lasted up to 2 months!

Engage 14 oz gloves ripped after about 2 months of use. The gloves have only been used approximately once a week with light bag work and sparring. I am 150lbs/68kgs and 5 foot 5 inches and would not consider myself a power puncher. Extremely disappointed in the gloves’ quality.

Very disappointed! I ordered the gloves and matching shin guards. The gloves were “out of stock” they were refunded. I went ahead and accepted the partial order thinking I could get the gloves when that came back in stock. Soon after, the gloves were removed from the website. Had I know that would be happening, I would have canceled my order.
