Expensive postage and you must pay for returns, then also pay postage again on the exchanged item. They don't offer refunds or exchanges, only a gift card minus the cost of postage you paid. Pants were sized really small and I had to return and purchase again (no option of refund) so I paid $35 in postage by the time I received the right size. I would be wary of purchasing online unless you're sure you fit their gear.

I’m still waiting for my shorts to ship that ordered almost a month ago now. I was supposed to fight in two weeks luckily it is being pushed back but these shorts were gonna be my fight shorts and I needed time to get my sponsors logos on them.

Shorts are nott true to size. I've brought a pair in a different style size XL and fit fine. Brought 2XL as only size left ina different style and they're a smaller fit than th XL size I have. How does that work?

My gloves are fantastic. Unfortunately, the customer experience I had was appalling. I ordered the wrong size, made immediate contact to arrange the correct pair and experienced a >3 week wait to get them changed when I expressed at multiple points that I was hoping for a swift turnaround to not be without gloves. Not a single person I interacted with showed any interest in trying to find a resolution or help, I had to regularly follow up and overall I was shocked at how a company that presents so professionally could have such a giant hole in their service. I think the gloves are brilliant, but despite that I'm really unsure whether I'd ever engage with this company again because of the disinterest with which they handled my enquiry.

Bought 5 shorts and 3 of them lost the strings after the first wash :/ they need to make them where the strings dont detach when washing, i for one need to tie my shorts every training session so it sucks that i can use them anymore. i'm from the US so engage wont do much about them but say "run the string back into the shorts" easier said than done esp when you have spent so much money on multiple shorts....
