Bought New Men's England away top with Gazza on the back. Still hasn’t arrived after +1 month, According to tracking it did land in Melbourne, Australia which is also the delivery city, yet it now sits idle in Sydney and the tracking has not updated for 10 days now. Absolute Joke of a company! I have sent multiple emails and spoke to them over the phone which they have just fobbed me off. DO NOT recommending ordering from here - complete waste of time. GIVE ME MY REFUND YOU ROBBING BAST@$DS!

Absolutely DIRE from start to finish; ordered an “ in stock” item that I was then told wasn’t “in stock”. Waited over a month for it to arrive ( New England kit - ordered on the DAY of release!!). Then whilst the shirt AND printing were on back order, I asked to change the number on the shirt - told no issue and it would be done. Called to check where it was - still on order. Had the number been changed? Yes no issue. Then the shirt was finally sent - but the player number hadn’t been changed! Rang and was told by Adam it would be fine as it’s “in the notes” but he would check and email me back - if it was wrong I’d get a replacement. NONE of that happened. Shirt arrived over a month after ordering - player number had NOT been amended. Rang and complained and was told it can’t be amended when it’s gone to print! Haha it HADNT gone to print when I changed the order! She was rude, obnoxious and eventually I hung up and complained as apparently she can’t escalate it. Suggested first they get some training as they all tell you something different! Made a complaint and was told by Pat - she could see they had fallen short and thanks for the complaint as it helps us to improve! NO offer to sort it. Seriously?!! The last order was wrong - wrong size, wrong items in the wrong size and then the quality of the t-shirts was less than you’d get on a discount market stall - save yourself the hassle and go straight to nike. If this is the “official” England store it’s a complete embarrassment! Avoid and save your money! They don’t give one toss once you’ve paid! I didn’t even get my delivery cost back to send the items back last time!

Ordered the new England kit and paid the extra £6.95 for next day delivery on a Wednesday it didn't arrive until Saturday missing my grandsons birthday who it was bought for. At the time I could have got free standard delivery but paid the extra so he would have it on the day.i phoned and asked them to refund the postage which they agreed, almost 3 weeks later and after 2 more calls they now say they won't refund me. Am now waiting for them to listen to the recordings of previous calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Such awful experience... resulting in a crying child! I ordered personalised kit for a ten-year-old's birthday. He wanted to wear it to his party but when he opened it we discovered the letters of his name weren't on right. Okay - these things happen. I called customer service to ask if it was possible for him to wear the faulty top to his party still, and confirmation that it wouldn't affect getting a replacement. That's when I received the worse customer service ever experienced. They advised me to send a photo (which I did straightaway) and that they would come back to me in 24 hours. I asked if it could be sooner so he could still wear it to the party. No - literally impossible for them to pick up and email and look at a photo before 24 hours. So, what should have been a lovely experience, ended up with a ten year crying that he couldn't wear the kit he has spent half the year excited about. All I wanted was a bit of reassurance it would be okay for him to wear it. That, it appears, was too much for them to manage.

order placed on 23.9.22 still no sign of the order after 2 weeks. no telephone number on the website to contact customer services live web chat , but no one is available to contact. i cant believe the FA allow such a shoddy operation to front their services. They have a responsibility to the fans to ensure they provide a proper service. not sure how i am going to get an answer to where my order is....... appalling.

Terrible customer service, ordered a personalised England kit for my child. They send the wrong name and number. Only way they will speak to me is over email, say they cannot help on the phone. Takes 24 hours to reply between email. Asked me to send the top back and only once they have received the return (which takes two weeks to process) they will send out the correct top. Absolute terrible customer service where the customer is punished for their mistake. Will mean my child doesn’t get his kit for a month and no compensation or refund offered.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company.I purchased a pair of woman's 2022/23 away shorts as a gift.After only 50 minutes of them being worn whilst watching the match on Saturday the main England badge AND the Nike tic had come away from the material (discusting considering they cost £37.96 + postage) I have spent 3 days now trying to get to talk to someone on the sites chat facility but to no avail.The only option left was to Email them in which I explained the situation and included photos of the faulty shorts.Surprise surprise I have had No reply what so ever and no way of getting my money back.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Yet another story in the same vein as previous complaints about the atrocious service from England Store. I bought a t-shirt which was too large - partly because the sizing guidelines (male or female) did not apply to a unisex shirt so I was guessing. I wanted to exchange but there is no option for this, no option to return for free within 14 days - only the option to pay for the privilege of returning an item I was looking forward to wearing and would have loved in the correct size. I emailed customer support but received an automated email about how to return an item. It's embarrassing and a disgrace, considering how much revenue is being made. Free returns and making the customer journey as easy as possible is standard practice for most online retailers. Now I am left with a t-shirt I will not be wearing with pride.

Avoid. I bought and England top for my daughter to have for the Women’s Euro cup on 28 May and have not received by 17 July. I called and messaged them but they are no help. They use Evri, who I am sure lost it and never attempted to deliver according to tracking. Last time I called, I was told I got to wait longer as they need to research with there returns department. 49 days for a shirt is too long. I doubt I will get by mens World Cup. Terrible and full of excuses and no solutions.

Charge 4.99 delivery & £1.00 handling fee. Then charge you £6.50 to return when womens kit turned up which was only advertised when you went into the description box. All this money on top of a £60 over priced kit for a 7 year old.

I paid for a top for my son and then read the reviews, I have had a different experience. The top arrived earlier than expected, its good quality and I have a very happy son. I will use this company again.

Still hasn’t arrived after 1 month, tracking hasn’t updated and customer service extremely unhelpful. Have no clue where my parcel is and if it will ever arrive. Do not recommending ordering from here - complete waste of time as it never arrives or takes forever anyway! Ordered on the 14th November.

Three weeks and still no sign or any communication about my order, they are happy to take your money but dont have any intention of sending the products out, can only contact through online chat, the web site says the shirts are in stock and they keep telling me there awaiting more stock.

Still no refund after 4 months of returning faulty items they received and lost by recorded delivery. The customer service is shocking, no one seems to take control of a return or complaint and they keep asking for the same information over and over which is so frustrating. Never will I order from them again which is a shame as the items originally arrived promptly. Let’s hope I eventually get a refund, I have been told to wait another another 5-7 days for the 3rd time. I’m not holding my breath

Rip off company try better company like JD Sports or Direct Sports. First postage cost a way to high. Returns postage are costly too. Refunds take 30 days but they say 7-14 days. They hold on to your money to earn interest. Should only take 3 days to refund your money through PayPal still waiting 25 days started PayPal claim. So shop elsewhere to buy football shirts your warned….

Very poor quality, colour looks off-white, size doesn't look right. Safe to say I won't be back. VERY disappointed
