“I ordered the navy away shirt with #2 WALKER printed on it. Unfortunately when I received the shirt, I found that the front number was not printed, and the Walker name block was printed in straight rather than curved. I sent a complaint email to the England store, but the CS Manager told me that they followed the guidelines from the FA. Please do not treat me as an idiot! I become an England supporter since 1990 and a football shirt collector for over 25 years, it is the first time that I heard that the guideline provided by the FA is totally different from the shirt wear by players (front number exists, and the name block should be printed in curved). I will keep complaining the case to every department in the FA, until the issue is solved.”

Thank you for taking your time to review. These were the guidelines advised by the FA and the personalisation is shown online of how the shirt will look. We do advised to contact us with any queries prior to ordering a personalised shirt. Due to the issue we have refunded your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. “THE ACTUAL T SHIRT WAS LOVELY, BUT THE SIZING WAS VERY POOR. THEY WERE TOO SMALL TO THEIR SIZE AND MUCH TOO SHORT. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!”

“Courier rude banging on my front door when I live in a Frist floor flat. I feel that I was being rushed and the bag that I ordered looked different to the one I received lack of info re when the day it was going to be delivered . Good job I was in . Not use yodel again really poor customer sevice”

“Very prompt and efficient; when I phoned with an enquiry the lady was interested in listening and clarified with admirable speed and accuracy. I was however less than impressed with your courier who did not post any delivery information and therefore I had no idea when they were coming.”

“I paid next day delivery and it didn't arrive. I was told an attempt was made but I had no evidence to suggest anyone had tried and I had stayed in all day. And the 10% supporter's discount was not been applied.”

“I cannot wait for my Grandson's 6th birthday on Friday, he is going to love the England shirt with his name and number 6 on the back (just hope it fits as it does look quite small). The Delivery was very quick and I was kept in touch via email. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”
