“If the £7.50 next day delivery service isn't available for customers in Northern Ireland please state this at check out. We waited 6days for the shirt, it was ordered to wear on holiday :( delivery was refunded by yourselves but we had alot of chasing up to do via phone to find out where the shirt was and when it would be delivered. Disappointing, but these things happen, hope this helps other people who are ordering from NI, check it's going to get here on time before paying.”

“Hi , According to tracking on Royal mail my order is still in Gatwick since last Thursday . So up to now , no more information . I’m a bit worried why its remaining so many days at airport .Normally when i order product from UK its takes less than 10days to arrive at home”

“Placed my order for an England away shirt on the 19th May but only received the actual shirt on the 28th June! Whilst your customer services team informed me of supply issues and potential delays in distribution, I'm disappointed that just prior to the World Cup such an oversight could have been made. Thankfully England have progressed to the knockout stages so I get to wear the new shirt for at least 1 game.”

“I used the size guide to order my England shirt which including delivery came to £106 however when the shirt arrived it was absolutely huge on me, I can accept baggy tops but it was ridiculous considering I had got my girlfriend to use a tape measure to measure around me to make sure I got the size however because I got rashford on the back the store won't do anything even though rashford is an actual England player and the shirt is in a resellable condition. Very disappointed.”
