Poor delivery time, when finally arrived poor quality. Total price with postage & handling charge £26.94 amount refunded £20.00. Dont use this company, buy elsewhere!!!!!

Terrible customer service. My order was placed early July, despatched to Hermes on 7th July and is now lost. Hermes instructed me to contact the seller, which I did, and customer services have now ignored 3 emails over a whole week. This was a birthday gift so really disappointed. Will not order again and still waiting for a replacement or a refund.

Offer services they can’t fulfil and aftercare is appalling. Very hard to speak to someone all automated.Do not recommend!

The service description is false - item marked as shipped but 3 days later still not with the delivery carrier. They state same day despatch and I paid for next day delivery.

Ordered an England shirt for my son after veering Germany , paid for next day delivery . Hadn’t arrived with no sign of it coming . This is disgusting service snd false advertising as it said it was in stock . This company shouldn’t ever be connected with England football

After one month my order has not been dispatched, even England has made it to the Final. The customer service staff did not even help with any information exchange. They just kept you waiting like an idiot. Must Avoid!

AVOID - charge for next day delivery but has no intention of that obligation. The customer service team is unwilling to help, shocking customer service. No other company has this problem with delivery services.

Absolutely appalling service. Placed 2 separate orders and paid for next day delivery. Neither arrived 3 days later. Instead of being upstanding, recognising the fault and doing something about the £8 delivery they charged per order, they pretty much ignored what I said and did nothing to compensate me for their error. Save yourself hassle for not buy from here

Ordered a Grealish shirt on 08/06/2021 (A Tuesday) with next day delivery. Didn't arrive until 19/06/2021, then when I open it it's missing the Grealish and 7 on the back (pretty much pay an extra £20 for this). Appalling service, and will have paid £13 for delivery (and return delivery) which by the sound of the other comments I won't be getting back.

Horrendous customer service! Told it would take 3 days for delivery, ended up being 15 days! Called six times and no one can provide any updates! Told would get printing cost refunded then they refused to honour! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Shirt has arrived in perfect condition, no problems whatsoever with regards to quality despite other reviews on this site. There was a bit of a delay between order being made and it arriving, however surely this is to be expected during times of covid and the fact that the company is most likely overwhemed with business due to the EURO's. I read reviews after I made my order and I was concerned, however I have no issues and the product is fine.

HORRENDOUS FRAUD COMPANY!! Avoid!! I wish I listened to the reviews. I tried to contact them there was no number no email but you could “chat”. It was automated and there was never an advisor. Paid next day delivery months later items never arrived. Had to contact Amex for a refund then funnily enough I got an email saying how they had cancelled my order. Only because Amex got involved and got the money back. Better ordering off sports direct or something like that. I can’t believe England have this company as a partner! Terrible!

Just an update for anyone still waiting for a shirt (personalised or away). I have finally been told today that no stock is expected anytime soon and have been advised to cancel my order. This is despite me being told around 10 times over the past 3 weeks my order was being processed and i was even told on Monday my shirt was with the personalisation team and was promised it would be with me by yesterday. It was only when i rang up today wanting to know why i was lied too that a manager told me i had been lied too throughout the process and my shirt is not in stock and was never with the personalisation team. Without doubt the worst customer experience i have ever had. Very stressful and upsetting considering this is the Official England Store which meant I and many other fans saw this as the most trustworthy and reliable place to order our England merchandise for a major tournament.

Absolute joke of a company, still not received my order placed on 10th June for 2 England tops, which stated on your website “in stock”! I have emailed you 3 times, no response, called four times, no one can give me a straight answer to when I will receive my order, I have to email to get a manger to speak to me! But you don’t answer emails! Never will I use you again, refund me back!

Said my shirt would arrive in 3-6 working days. It took over two weeks which made it pointless as I needed it for an event. When I go to return the item, not only do they not refund my shipping, but they charge me DOUBLE shipping costs to return it. I've ended up paying 30% of the cost of the item because they can't live up to their delivery promises. Do not use.

Ordered a personalised shirt 20+ days ago expecting a delivery within 6 days at least. Benefit of the doubt i waited 14 and have had no update. Getting in touch with the england store customer service is non existent. No tracking, no information, no updates. Very poor service.
