“Excellent service! I placed my order 23rd December and expected delivery, after being told the factory had shut down for Christmas, early in the New Year. It turned up on 30th December! Fast, efficient and excellent quality clothing. Thank you!”

“The product was excellent - England Ladies' top, personalised with left back Claire Rafferty's name and number. The support service (Holly Griffiths) was also excellent and attentive. However, the IT ordering system doesn't work. You can't customise a shirt and add a number to it on the web site. (Try the example above). Hence Holly had to send the order through manually. You need to fix this. The Lionesses start a major tournament in July and people will want the girls' names and numbers on their shirts. (Revenue to be made here.) The other thing that didn't work was the tracking system. It just said "consignment voided" which wasn't very helpful. But the shirt arrived nevertheless : ) Kind regards Peter McHarry”

“After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, one of the items was out of stock and the other items were dispatched at the same time. Which means on me child now has an England hoodie and the other doesn't.”

“Order took over 3 weeks to deliver and only got delivered when I phoned up to query it. One item out of stock but nobody contacted me about this and this held up the order being delivered. Items were great but service appalling. Won't be ordering again!”

“I only ordered the England kit for my 10 year old granddaughter on the 18th December and as it was going to be personalised I was worried about receiving it before Christmas. I was there fore delighted to get it on the 23rd. My Granddaughter was thrilled with it and wore it over most of the day and Boxing Day too! It fitted her really well.”

“Deliver driver threw item over the back fence. No note left to say it was delivered. Only noticed on bin day when I went out there in daylight. Wore shirt. Washed it. It completely lost its shape, low quality. Not happy.”
