“Easy to use, good service and prompt delivery, sizing of items spot on”

“Well, what went wrong...no communication for start, then I chose next day delivery and it didn't ship for another 5 days. Then one of my items which I had bought apparently were no longer supplied (didn't get told that until 5 days after paying for the goods) Then when requesting my delivery charge would get refunded only got not even half of it refunded! Overall, very poor service and need to up their game really!”

“I paid for next day and called up to find out I wouldn't receive it next day , to which I had to call the courier and speak to them I changed the delivery address to my home to which they failed to deliver to, and now I still have no top as it has been signed for by someone who isn't myself, and been told it is under investigation”

“Paid £7.50 for next day delivery, Nothing arrived so I made a call to be told the item was out of stock and there was no chance of next day delivery, Had to make do with a different item that we didn't really want but needed , If I had know next day delivery was never going to happen I would of source the shirt else where...... Very poor and disappointing.”

“I received my shirt with the invoice stapled to it. Horrible. I won’t ask for a refund or exchange as it will be a long process. Never buying anything again. I ordered a shirt from Liverpool store, they provide free shipping, brilliant packing and send it with DHL who delivered it to my footstep. I paid 18 pounds for shipping with England Stor, had to collect the shipment through my office admin staff in dubai post boxand paid 22 Dhirams in dubai.”

“Order did not arrive within timescale, told on six separate occasions that there was no particular letters or numbers to personalize the shirt. Fobbed off by a number of staff and only on the threat of going to the media did a shirt become available. However when it did finally arrive there was numbers missing and after complaining for a seventh time they sent the numbers to me and I had to iron them on myself. I would never purchase or recommend England store again.”

“I ordered over the phone due to the fact that I live in the US. The customer service was excellent. The only things that disappointed me was the time it took to receive the Jersey (3 weeks) and the fact that I got a players jersey but unlike the actually jersey the players wear mine doesn’t have the players number on the front only the back.”

“I waited two weeks for my order and only after I chased them, did they say the shirt I ordered is not available. They asked if I wanted to swap for something else which I did and two weeks later it still hasn't arrived.”
