“I paid a hefty fee for next day delivery. At no point in the checkout process did I see any time limits for ordering etc so I went ahead and selected it for an order I made at 3pm on a Thursday. Received no warning that my next day delivery would in fact not be arriving on time until I was informed of its despatch on Monday, a full 4 days (2 working days) after the order was made. Complained to customer service to have my fee reimbursed in full (which seems only natural) and was told that I was informed of the fact that next day deliveries can only be made before midday (not to my knowledge) and that I had received confirmation the next day anyway (I didn’t, I received on Monday). Highly unsatisified because not only did I not get my order in time but I paid a really expensive fee for nothing!!! Will not be using again, I’ll just order from sports direct next time.”

“Shirt order took nearly two weeks to arrive. Name/Number option was selected but apparently, they don't print the numbers on the front, so the shirt is incomplete. Pretty disappointing considering the cost.”

“The shirt and delivery was fine but the personalisation was bad. I expected the mini numbers to be on the front of the shirt as there was no option to add them so I thought it came with them on. There should have been information stating they weren’t going to be on there or an option the add them.”

“Product very good quality/Present for my Dad who loved it, however I paid for next day delivery (£4+). Ordered Tuesday night expected it Thursday (1 working day). Came Friday. The plan was to drop off at my Dad's Friday (round trip 115 miles in readiness for Fathers day on the Sunday). Due to late delivery dropped it off on the Monday not ideal.”

“Made an order around Easter period 2018. After constant deliberation with England Store my shirt has finally been dispatched in Late June. I understand that this was a popular product but 3 months wait for a product is simply too much and was disappointing.”

“Well I wouldn't say it made me happy. I can't blame the England store to an extent however. I believe that if people pre order kit or any merchandice, they should come first. I waited nearly 11 weeks on my order that I paid just short of £130. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. Saying that the woman who I was emailing was brilliant. Whether Nike was at fault or not. It shouldn't happen. I have received my order in excellent condition and very happy. However I will think twice in ordering from the England store again”

“Two weeks after ordering nothing has arrived. Rang FA store twice, no action, no shirt no apology no refund absolutely no point ordering from here, rubbish.”
