“Still waiting for products that were ordered 3 months ago. Finally they arrive in New York last Friday, I track the stuff and it's now in Arkansas.....its crazy...World Cup starts tomorrow...and I'm a long way from getting my stuff....terrible logistics and customer service....”

“My order got lost and the communication in general from the England store is basically none existant. I placed a second order which your information states should be with me in 5 working days that 5 working days has been and gone I ring your customer services to be told it’s been delayed but there was no communication of this until I rang you, had I known that I would have sourced a shirt locally so I had it ready for the first game of the World Cup now I can’t and for the money it costs this is not good enough. The communication side of your business needs a real good overhaul.”

“The website size chart is not a true reflection of the sizing. I have tried to ask customer services for help but they just say because it was personalised they can’t help. The girl picked her normal sizing of clothes through the site but the shirt is so incredibly tight it is not fit for purpose. She saved up a long time to be able to afford this shirt and bought it to support the team and off the official website to support it, Sadly she is now -£85 and left with a shirt she can not wear or return, very sad for a supporter! I was hoping the CS team would of been more supportive and offered to send a new much larger shirt but instead the attitude was basically “no can’t help you”.”

“Sent out wrong size sweatshirt and had to pay delivery to send back when totally your mistake, also I paid for fast delivery to receive wrong sweatshirt. Rating could go higher depending how long it takes to send out correct garment.”

“It’s pathetic that, between the FA and Nike, there wasn’t enough shirts etc. available and we need to wait 6 weeks. Also the sizing for kids clothes is a JOKE. Why isn’t the centimeter size given on the website? This is especially dumb as the CM size is printed inside the shirt etc. For my kids, I will not order from the website again!!!”
