“Apart from waiting 5 weeks to receive my order I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the product I ordered the Nike England wind cheater and it came with a stick on England badge and Nike tick for £60 I least expected a proper sewn on badge and tick so overall not happy”

“I don't think that this top is worth the price; it is not a particularly thick hoodie and the motif on the front is plastic and unlikely to wear well. My 10 yr old liked it though”

“Order was placed on 06/04/16 hoping for it to arrive in time for my sons birthday on 22/04/16 when I ordered all items was showing as 'in stock' I phoned up customer services on the 18/04/16 to chase my items up to be told they was awaiting one item from Nike to be delivered to their warehouse on that day and they would be sent out 1st class and should recieve them next day this went on for the rest of the week I was promised call backs which I never got on the day of my sons birthday I received an email saying all items had been sent to me and would recieve them next day I waited in all day yet again nothing arrived I phoned back up on the Monday 3 days after my sons birthday to be told no items was sent out as they was still waiting for 1 item from Nike I requested the items that was in stock to be sent out to me and a refund on the item they was waiting on from Nike In which I received full refund and next day delivery on the other 2 items.”

“I ordered this items as a gift and it did not arrive in time despite the delivery time saying it would be up to two weeks. it finally arrive almost four weeks later. The shirt is very nice though and the sizing accurate.”

“delivery came within the time frame and the product is very good quality however I ordered the same sized shirt as the last England one as that one fit perfectly however this one has now come and it is massive. unfortunately I can't return it as its been personalised with a players name on the back and ofocurse I could of checked the size guide before ordering but I thought I would of been able to order the same sized shirt as last and it would fit me and not be 3 times bigger.”

“Why one earth, with the amount I paid for the products, do I need to pay to return the goods? There are no shops near where I live, I think it's greedy on behalf of the England store.”
