“My Dad has complex needs with the progression of his Parkinsons' Disease requiring 24-hour care. The live-in Carer that Devoted supplied was excellent from the outset. Her support of my Dad was second to none. The number of falls that he had dramatically reduced and the peace of mind for the rest of the family was palpable. For the first time in many months, his wife felt that she could actually go out for an afternoon here or there. A social work report concluded, following a visit, that the level of care that Dad was receiving was "outstanding". I am grateful to Devoted for the level of care that they provided and particularly the career herself Fenella.”

“I have been working in care industry for more than 10 years so I can say I have experiences. Devoted is my best live in care company. I’ve been telling clients and carers I know. Devoted understand that live in care isn’t easy but very rewarding and they pay their carers well. They are treating me well and appreciate what I do. They check on me weekly and there’s a dedicated person I can reach anytime. I strongly recommend Devoted for anyone looking for a live in company either for their love one or as a carer, they are the BEST!”

“Excellent service from the initial telephone call to our carer arriving to look after my dad. I was apprehensive as I have looked after him dor 31 months 7 days a week but they couldn't have matched my dad with anyone better. Hence she's returning later on in the year. Have recommended to other people and will carry on doing so.”

“I needed some help to manage at home after an operation, the lovely Amanda came to stay with me and was an absolute god send. She was so supportive and we actually had a lot of fun. I will definitely call Devoted if I need any help in the future.”

“My Nan was really unhappy in a care home and was desperate to come home but I knew she couldn’t manage on her own. The staff and carers are fantastic, they couldn’t be more supportive, nothing is too much trouble. Nan enjoys spending time with her carers, she is a lot happier and is managing to get out a lot more. Thank you”

“My parents received support from Devoted for over 2 years. Although they were initially very nervous about having someone living with them, the carer quickly put them at ease and I felt that my parents were in safe hands. I would have no hesitation in recommending Devoted.”

“It seems a bit ridiculous asking me to write this review 10 months after the event which only lasted a short time because my wife died on 11th March this year. To have to do so just a few days before Christmas when I am without her at this season for the first time in 65 years is particularly painful. However, our experience with your live-in carer was good, particularly as it did not take long for her to fit into our home and work effectively. Thank you. Merry Christmas”

“I first contacted Enhanced Living as my fathers health had deteriorated dramatically following a fall in his house. Following treatment in hospital the doctors thought he might need assisted living if he was able to stay in his home. Unfortunately dad is still in the system and is thought now to have severe dementia and his nursing needs, going forward will need more specialised care and is thought that he will be better off in a nursing home. That said when I contacted Enhanced Living, the support they offered to someone trying to help their father out in these trying times was excellent. James listened and kept in touch to see how things were going, even when I advised James that perhaps we were not going to be able to use their services, he was more interested in dad well-being which trumped the work they were loosing. Great customer service and empathy shown.”
