“Website allowed us to take unlimited km and excess waiver on insurance booking deposit paid and booking voucher said we would pay R13652.18 (€677.10) we were told we had to take another excess waiver insurance and that we would get our security deposit back of R5000.00 We were invoiced for R21302.54 (€1058.10)
We were the told after returning the vehicle with no accident, re fueled and cleaned the deposit re payment takes 30 days. Emailed x5 times, phoned x3 still no deposit. Terrible Service from Enjoy Travel who did not understand the double insurance is a very serious cost when you pay for ZERO liability its called over charging. Do not trust Enjoy Travel.”
“These guys are extremely unprofessional, don't pickup your calls. I made a refundable booking for a car rental for 11 days. Due to unfortunate circumstances I wanted to cancel the booking. These guys were unreachable on phone. I wrote several emails and no response. They charged me the entire amount for 11 days and denied refunds and asked me to simply go to my travel insurance to claim!! Horrible experience, don't use these brokers, even the car rental company I used (green motion) said these brokers are fraudsters”

I booked a car, I received a cancellation WHILE I WAS FLYING, and was still charged money. I contacted support which say the amount was refunded, but today (two days AFTER the cancellation) instead of being refunded, the pending transaction got completed, with them bloody taking my money.”

“Unfortunately, we got there at the green motion to pick up the car, which we did not have a physical driver's lic card with us, this is a long story as it was one nightmare after another, after paying £60 in a taxi to collect my husbands license we then had to produce a credit card although this was paid upfront, which is fine ,the one credit card we had Amex they did not accept!!!
We were home for my mother's 80th birthday who passed away in April, this was an emotional time, which we could have done without any hassle. In small print I believe it said the above licence and credit card .So after a long day we called and of course, they closed at 6 pm, we had to hire a car in my name for a day until they opened the next morning to find out our options for car booking, which they said they could re-book ,however we would not get our money back and we would need to repay for new booking. A total disgrace, I've never experienced anything like this -Enjoy Travel unfortunately I would not recommend this company and very disappointed, you cannot even get this company on the phone

“Very bad company ; I booked a car with Enjoy Travel in NIce; they provided a voucher with Gold Car for the cost of €418 ; at arrival in Nice at 23:00 Gold Car stated they do not do business with Enjoy Travel and they created a brand new rental agreement costing €1156 either take or face being stranded for the night at Nice Airport, when contacted Enjoy travel they stated the problem was me trying to pay with an Amex even though Enjoy Travel accepted the deposit via Amex, they are still not acknowledging Gold Car statement " we don't deal with Enjoy Travel" I will have to escalate this matter at an higher level”

It actually says a debit card is valid so long as supplier insurance was purchased. I DID purchase this insurance, yet had to pay £539 PER BOOKING to pick up the car. This is more than the actual rental would have costed. Zero empathy from customer service. Absolute joke of a company. Stay far away”
“Think twice before using this company. Zero customer care, zero knowledge of the companies they use. Insurance products which are not valid. Will not listen or understand if something doesn’t work out the way someone hopes, just say it’s terms and conditions. My issue didn’t even relate to terms and conditions. I was even told if I went to social media or posted bad reviews they threatened me with action. Seriously people spend your hard earned money with someone other than these cowboys.”
“The company are a band of complete liars! Insurance was taken out at time of booking online, absolutely no mention of having to use a credit card at time of pick up to cover £1,500 of excess. This was hidden at the bottom of the small print! I was not informed of any of this when I booked it. Had to pay £110 insurance at desk to get the hire car. This car was supposed to be a ‘Captur’ it was a Fiat 500x . I will never ever use this company again and will tell everyone I know in the business not to use. I will also consult my own solicitor for legal advice , as I will pursue this matter further.”

The booking was any time cancellation but there were two companies the first company refund after booking was cancelled but Enjoytravel hold payment and denied to refund, my reference booking 11920476. I am waiting to hear from this company.”
