No vehicle available and I made a reservation. They did not honor my reservation I had over Thanksgiving. I was told I should understand there was a lot of rentals. I was offered a compact car but I had a reservation for an SUV. 40 years I have used Enterprise, Never Again!

I always have a wonderful experience renting at the Enterprise ,Mason Ave Daytona ,FL Fron the Area Manager Nick to site Manager Mary,Assistant managers Emma & Charlene and staff Jordan, Carlin Nick,Dennis. It is a first class/ professional operation .

We ordered a vehicle via Expedia - had an Enterprise Confirmation #. Went to pickup the vehicle (via Lift driver), and no vehicles were available - just a RAM 1500 truck. No sympathy, just attitude. Enterprise said, "We tried to call, but we got voice mail and then 'she' arrived at our door." Yes, she was already in the Lift and literally was getting out of the vehicle when they called. Spoke to the manager, and she had the same attitude. This made a family emergency worse. Such horrid people working there. "Company policy" we cannot adjust the pricing - it's just 10.00 more....that is what I heard. However, gas in a RAM 1500 vs. a small cross-over is more $$$ when driving hundreds of miles. I hope Enterprise goes out of business. If it is only $10.00 why couldn't Enterprise adjust the pricing for our inconvenience?

The staff called off at the location I went to and manager was not available. I was not able to get a car because of time demands. Left message for corporate to call me and never received callback or my deposit back, never using this company again!

In November 2024, I was provided with a courtesy van from Enterprise through my insurance (Narbough road, Leicester branch). The van had two bald tyres and a severe oil leak. I first noticed oil covering my driveway and later found it all over the bonnet. Concerned, I contacted Enterprise, and they advised me to reach out to the AA. When the AA technician inspected the vehicle, they informed me that the van was a serious fire risk, had multiple illegal tyres, and was unfit to be driven. I immediately contacted Enterprise to report this and requested they recover the vehicle. They agreed but said no one would be available to collect it for a couple of days, so the van sat outside my house. On the following Monday, they said someone would come to collect it. My partner waited in all day, but no one showed up. The vehicle was finally collected the next day. A few days later, I noticed a charge of £81 on my card. I called Enterprise immediately, and they assured me I would be refunded but said it would take three weeks. While this was frustrating, I remained patient. However, two weeks later, I was charged another £87! I contacted Enterprise again and spoke to a very rude staff member named Sayeed, who repeatedly said 'do you want me to send you an invoice'. He then told me no refund had been agreed upon and that I would not receive a penny back. He was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Since then, I have been trying to contact the branch daily for over a week, with little to no communication. I am now over £160 out of pocket, and worse, my life was put in danger by the faulty and illegal vehicle they provided. This experience has been appalling from start to finish. Steer clear of Enterprise—they clearly have no regard for customer safety or service. If this situation is promptly rectified by enterprise I will take this review down, if not I will continue to post reviews of my experiences of this horrific company on every platform possible.

Your car service is the worst! Your own employee charged me $116 for a rental and Told me I’m going to get my $100 back but I get 74.37 back are you serious! This is the worst place you can ever rent from don’t do it!! They will find a reason for you to pay more. The only thing you can tell me is my car insurance only covers 30dahs and I had the car for 17 days really!! Smh

The actual people are kind that I delt with. However, I called for more than 2 weeks and never received my refund of deposit. I will not deal with this company anymore.

Everyone I know is talking bad about Enterprise. They say they have left them stranded with babies in the car and the dispatch agent basically said too bad. I’ve heard nothing but bad things I’ll never use enterprise because of word of mouth. The. CEO needs to make a statement.

FRAUD ALERT. I picked up a rental car form them in Marseilles in July. It was dirty, with a cracked windshield, but that is not the problem. Three months later they deducted an additional $95 from my credit card with no explanation, no invoice no nothing. Just a new charge showing up on my credit card. Enterprise seems to think that they have the right to access your credit card at any time for an indefinite period after the rental for no explanation. i consider this a fraudulent company and would never use them again. It seems that their business model is to hook you with a low rate up front and them just take it from you later. A criminal practice

Selected to pick up the vehicle at noon. There just before noon to find out they were CLOSED . I would rate them a zero had it been an option. Should not have that time be an option if you arent open !!!!

Rented a car while mine was in the body shop and when they picked my wife up in the car the car was nasty dirty plus had a flat tire. They told her it was due to weather so put air in it. By the time she got home the tire was flat so I called them twice with no answer. We had to catch a flight 300 miles away so I put air in it and took off. About 100 miles it was flat again. We called the after hours number they sent a wrecker company out to change to spare tire and told us we couldn’t run over 50mph and 50 miles. We told them that wouldn’t work we had over 200 miles to go so they put the tire back on filled up with air. Made it 30 miles flat again. We had talked to several different people at the after hours number and they couldn’t help other than telling us we could try get someone to fix ourselves. So another 30 miles we found someone to fix. Made it back home next morning was going to work wouldn’t start. Called them and they really didn’t care at all. Will never rent from them again.

Reserved a truck online for the Winter Haven location. Received a phone call saying they did not have the truck, and then they put me in a small car, which is not what I needed. I called customer service; they told me a manager would call me and find a truck, but they never did. I would recommend staying away from this place; this has happened to me before.

Made a reservation on Tuesday to pick up on Fridayat 4pm. Arrive at the location, the rep tells me that they left me a message in the morning saying they didn't have anything available. I check my phone to see he had just called and left a message like 40 mins prior to me showing up at the office. Left and when I came back pass the location, I saw a vehicle sitting out front. I stopped and inquired about the vehicle. He proceeds to tell me its for his driver!! So now I am not able to make the trip that I planned for the weekend, when my reservation was made days ahead of time. This is very unprofessional. He apologized, but seemed like he could care less. Had excellent customer service there with the previous rep, this new one, not so much. This is in TAPPAHANNOCK VIRGINIA.

Enterprise rental cars is by far the worse I have ever used ! I rent cars several times a year and for the past 10 years rented a car for a month in either California, or Florida. I make several trips to Arizona each year and rent a car for at lest two weeks each time . There for I know what I am talking about . Enterprise just sent me a fraudulent charge for over $300.00 . I was NOT the last person to drive that car . In advice from my attorney he said it would be cheaper to just pay the charge than to try and fight it . Any of you that might be interested in renting a car use Budget, Avis or National they are great companies to do busy with . I tried Enterprise for the first time but will NEVER use them again .

Did not have the car class we reserved and was ready to put us in a “brand new car” that was later determined to have disc brake issues and a safety issue. Tried putting us in a different class of car at the same rate as luxury suv.
